Agreement Settling Dispute As to Boundary Line

A boundary line agreements are agreements among owners of adjoining parcels of property in which the owners agree on the specific position of an otherwise ambiguous shared border. To put it another way, a boundary line agreement is a simple definition of an agreement. Depending on the description included in the deed as well as later modifications to the terrain (such as the construction of fences), a boundary line might not be entirely obvious.
