When the Project has been largely finished in accordance with the conditions of the Facility Agreement and is ready to be used and occupation, the Issuer must file a declaration with the Trustee (the “Affidavit of Completion”) related to the Project.

If the defendant was served with a Notice to appear (with children) and a Complaint (with minors) and has not replied within 30 days, you can file an Affidavit of Default to notify the court of this fact.
